Application Form Useful Resources Frequently Asked Questions

All UAE visas issued for employment or family reunification under sponsorship must be submitted to the Consulate General for attestation.

A. Employment Visa Attestation

  • Visa Copy – 2 sets
  • Passport copy of the job holder
  • Employment/ Labour agreement copy
  • Trade license of the recruitment company
  • WPS/ Bank Statement
  • Sponsor/ Partner/ HR Manager/ PRO of the respective company must be present at the Consulate with authorization letter from the company during the submission of the documents

B. Residence/ Family Visa Attestation

  • In Case of Children
    • Visa Copy – 2 sets
    • Passport Copy of the visa holder
    • Birth Registration Copy
    • Mother’s Passport Copy 
    • Father’s passport & visa copy
    • Father’s Emirates ID copy
    • Sponsor must be present during the submission of the documents
  • In case of Wife/ Husband
    • Visa Copy – 2 sets
    • Passport copy of the visa holder
    • Nikahnama/Marriage Certificate [Duly attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dhaka]
    • Husband’s/ Wife’s Passport copy, visa copy and Emirate’s ID [all in one single page]
    • Sponsor must be present during the submission of the documents

    Employment Visa: AED 74 [non-refundable & payable in cash only]

    Residence/ Family Visa: AED 15 [non-refundable & payable in cash only]
