Travel Permit (Out pass)
Individuals whose passports have expired, been lost, damaged, or mutilated, or those who have been residing illegally in the UAE for an extended period, may apply for a Travel Permit (Out Pass) to return to Bangladesh. Those holding a valid passport do not require a Travel Permit and may return to Bangladesh using their valid passport.
The ‘Travel Permit (Out Pass)’ is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
Please note that the applicant must possess a Bangladeshi machine-readable passport (MRP) for the TP to be processed. The Consulate cannot issue a Travel Permit for holders of hand-written passports.
- Duly filled-in Application Form
- Photocopy of the Expired Machine-Readable passport
- Lost report if the passport is lost and a photocopy of the lost passport
- Two (2) Copies Passport-Size Cour Photograph
- Applicant must provide email address and phone number on application form;
- Emirates ID Card [If any]
- Physical appearance of the applicant is mandatory
Fees: AED 60 (Pay your fees at the counter No. 19).
Payment Mode: Cash only

Please visit the consulate along with all required documents and submit your documents in Counter No. 19 of the Consulate.
